Travel . . . while I still could.

GettingOnCruise	BreakinEven	Our cruise. This was a long awaited cruise for Rick and I, almost like the honeymoon we never took. We were on the worlds only non-smoking ship for 7 days and visited Nassau, St. Thomas, and Casa de Campo. We got so much R & R and exercise since we were upgraded to a better room, but it was at the back end of the boat. We were the oldest folks at our dining table (ugh), but we had the most fun on our excursions than anyone else we ate with. Snorkeling with stingrays, snorkeling over a shipwreck and visiting an "underwater" live aquarium were some of the wonderful highlights. We are about 5.5 months pregnant.

SedonaAZ	I was lucky enough to tag along with Rick to a computer conference of his in Scottsdale AZ. We stayed at the LUXURIOUS Fairmont Resort where I rested, took a jewelry class, and was able to treat myself to a full day at their world famous spa and wellness center. It was just like the movies for the rich and famous.....I'll never forget it. We also did some sight-seeing on the last day there and drove to Sedona, AZ, voted the prettiest place in America this year! It was wonderful and the dry heat (106 degrees) was very tolerable!!!!! I'm about 6.5 months pregnant here.

FLwithSister	I was able to spend a week in FL visiting my sister Karen in Palm Beach Gardens. I took care of my niece Madeline during 3 of the days and we had alot of fun going to the pet store, watching Pee Wee's Playhouse, taking walks, and drawing. She's 6 1/2 now and very smart. Karen and I had some bonding time and even took a trip to a really cool water park the day before I left. (don't even ask for those pictures!) I stayed in the "lazy river" most of the day, it was soooo relaxing! I am 7 months pregnant.

MomMeHamptonVA	My mom and I were able to have our first (and hopefully not last) girls weekend out to Hampton, VA, while my dad was on a scuba trip. We visited my grandparents (her parents) gravesite and went for some super seafood. Of course we did a bit of shopping too, but at 7.5 months pregnant and it being so hot, I was starting to run out of steam pretty quickly. It was a great time for just she and I.
ChrisMaryMe	SpaDayinGA	I went to visit my good friend Christine in Rome GA for a few days. We went on a wonderful nature walk/hike, had a fabulous "Spa" afternoon and also drove to Chattanooga TN for a fun filled day of site seeing. I was close to 7 months pregnant.

WilmingtonNC	This was a fun day trip to Wilmington, NC. My mom took Delores and Julie Hoffman (friends from our church) and myself for a wonderful seafood lunch and a horse and carriage ride through olde Wilmington. It was a great day and fun to see the older part of the city. I'm close to 8 mo pregnant.
Rick20thHSReunion	Rick and I were able to make one last "adult" trip before the baby came. We went to his 20th High School Reunion in Charlotte, NC. It was held on a small yacht and was a blast. I had so much fun seeing everyone and eating... more like grazing. Rick was able to go out with his buds for a recap of old times until 3am while I went back to the hotel and watched 80's movies (my favorite). The lake air felt so good blowing on me on the top of the boat considering how hot it was. Noone got sea sick, especially not me! I miss my roller coaster summer so badly, this was the closest I got to a ride this summer! I am a little over 8 months pregnant.
